WELCOME TO THE WET WEATHER WORLD
OF RAINY DAYS AND SUNDAYS
How often have you been caught out as the weather takes a rapid turn for the wetter? Stuck in the house with nothing to do? Imprisoned in a holiday home in a downpour? The butt of complaints from children who are so-o-o-o bored?
We're here to make those rainy days and Sundays real highlights for families, for couples, for groups of friends, for anyone with the energy to get up and go, even when wet weather dampens everything else.
These pages are just the start, though. Over time, RainyDaysandSundays.com will build into your
gateway to a world of activities: some known, trusted and loved; others you
may not have considered before. But building a portal site like this will take time and we'd like to think others will want to be a part of this new project.
You are now able to join the Rain Appreciation Society, too, and become part of a happy band of rain lovers. Every annual RAS membership subscription of £15.00 will guarantee a payment of £3.00 to the international charity, WaterAid, meaning every member will be helping to turn the catastrophe of severe drought or floods into the supply of clean water and sanitation.
We'll go out of our way in fair
weather and foul, to find you locations, activities, clothing and challenges
to make your rainy days and Sundays as engaging, entertaining and enjoyable as possible.
Remember, wherever you see these yellow wellies, just click on them and send us an email, with news, or feedback. These pages will change, and change again, as we compile information we research or that you send us. We want to include as many of your suggestions as possible. So click on the yellow boots whenever you want to tell us something about locations, activities, clothing or challenges for rainy days and Sundays.
